Submitting an idea for a paper is easy. Put together a paragraph or two that describes:

• Motivation: Why do we care about the problem and the results?
• Problem statement: What problem are you trying to solve? What is its scope? How common is this problem?
• Approach: How did you solve the problem?
• Results: How well did your solution work?
• Conclusions: How can this solution be applied by others?
