I had had a trouble

Viber is not available on all ports for security reasons. If you are having trouble using Viber, please make sure that the following ports are open:

TCP: 5242 and 4244
UDP: 5243 and 9785

These one (above) - not work at all, because Viber doesnt work under proxy!

I have lived a day without Viber to make out this thing..
